Taiwan Bosun Electronics Inc. was founded in 1995 and has a history of 28 years. In its early years, the company specialized in the production of transformers and crossovers, serving a customer base that includes globally renowned brands.

In 2003, Dongguan Bosun Electronics Inc. was established in China, focusing on the development, assembly, and production of speaker systems, as well as the research and manufacturing of loudspeakers.
